Once more, Rihanna is growing her empire.

According to property records, the 33-year-old pop musician and entrepreneur paid $10 million for a 5,000-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills, California, at the end of March. The recently remodeled 8,000 square foot residence she paid $13.75 million for at the end of last year is just next door to the Tudor-style home.

Forbes reports that Rihanna has a net worth of $600 million, making her the richest female artist in the world because to her fashion and cosmetics companies.

The two homes were bought through trusts and are situated in the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office area. As per the public records on PropertyShark, the two transactions’ deeds show Evan Jehle as a trustee. He is a member of the Global Advisory Board of Rihanna’s Clara Lionel Foundation and a partner of the New York-based business management company FFO. It was not possible to contact Mr. Jehle for comment at this time.

Investor Daniel Starr completely renovated the first property the star bought, a white mansion with a seamed black roof that gives it a modern farmhouse appearance. Starr paid $4.3 million for the property in 2016, a deal that was featured on Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.” Today, it has an airy, indoor-outdoor layout with white wood floors, many fireplaces, and towering bushes to keep inquisitive eyes out.

Pictures of the property show that the refurbished home is visible from the grounds of Rihanna’s most recent purchase.

Meanwhile, her new Tudor-style home offers five bedrooms and five bathrooms, exposed ceiling beams and wood details throughout, a sauna, half-basketball court and pool, according to listing photos from 2015. The sellers did not return requests for comment.

In 2015, it was last traded for somewhat more than $5 million, based on property records. Dirt was the first to report on the agreement.

Recently, Rihanna moved back to the United States from London, where she had been renting an opulent Victorian property in the upscale St. John’s Wood district of the city.
